Returns
We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, merchandise must be:
- New, unworn, and unused
- In its original packaging
- Free from dirt, hair, scuffs, odors, or other signs of wear
- Returned with all original tags, inserts, accessories, and packaging
Roller skates should only be tried on indoors on a clean surface. Please ship skates back inside a separate outer shipping box. Do not place shipping labels, tape, postage, or writing directly on the original skate box.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
If you're returning an item because of size, fit, color, preference, or a change of mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We strongly encourage you to review the size chart and measure your feet before purchasing. If you're unsure about sizing, contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to help.
Exchanges
Because inventory and sizing availability can change quickly, we generally handle exchanges as a return + new order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we send you the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging.
If the problem is our error or a verified product defect, Sunday Skate Co. will cover the appropriate replacement or return costs.
Apparel & Made-to-Order Items
Many Sunday Skate Co. apparel items are printed especially for you when you order.
Because these products are made to order, apparel is final sale for sizing, fit, or change-of-mind returns unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If your apparel arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us and we'll make it right.
Please review the garment sizing information before ordering.
Sale & Clearance Items
Unless specifically marked Final Sale, sale merchandise follows our standard return policy.
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know whether it has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund after it has been submitted.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error by Sunday Skate Co. or a verified damaged/defective item.
